New A.A. Meeting
A couple of buddies and I started a new meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous. It is an all women's meeting, the first one I have been to in a long time. We are pretty excited because we had six women in attendance on the first night and the flyers had only been out two days. But, as in all things, the outcome is up to God. We are only responsible for the effort.

Women's meetings here in Montreal are hard to come by too many personalities...ugh!

How cool is that?! You go Trudge :)
My homegroup is a women's meeting. Every once in awhile a man will show up, but we welcome him in.
Some around here have mumbled about it going against the traditions. To them I say, "Suck it!".

A friend of mine from AA is thinking of starting a new meeting since our current home group is so packed out now-a-days that we can barely fit in the venue!

My gf and I started a new meeting in MN about 8 months before we moved. Not a woman's meeting, but a good one nonetheless. It is such a cool experience. And you are so right, the rest is up to G-d.
