Thanks for sharing this post, and, yes, she was a fine, funny, very intelligent woman. She was a true champ for the underdog and an awesome Democrat!!! Her comment about Ginger Rogers still makes me laugh out loud when I think of it. And she made no bones about her recovery, while keeping the traditions intact (unlike some other Democrats who should know better and will remain nameless here.)
