That Bitch, Edie Brickell
When I was younger, make that younger and drunk, I had this thing for Paul Simon. I have always like short men. Even though, we lived in different states and never meet it seemed logical to me at the time.
One day, in a drunken fog I heard on the radio that he had married or was dating Edie Brickell. Or as she came to be known in my world, that bitch Edie Brickell. Who the hell is she; I asked myself, some stupid one hit wonder? New Bohemian’s my ass!”

I have a question I was wondering since you have attraction for short people, do you find it difficult going to a circus?
That was funny! I was surprised to know that Edie was also and addict, as was Paul's first wife.
I've had a few people tell me that I reminded them of Edie Brickell in her video "what I am is what I am", mainly b/c I put out that tough exterior that I want people to "think" I'm tough in a hippie kind of way.

Trudge I enjoy when you write more than just a few words. I am with you they have 14 years of marriage I am sure it will end any day. O.K. The reality of it all is pretty funny especially when your gratitude list says that your special guy came home early.
And... Piglet, I know that his second wife Carrie Fisher(daughter of Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher) is one of us but, I did not know about Edie.
