wowo....I just woke up today thinking I am going to have to get back to my alergy control program because I am completely congestion 24/7 ! I was using flonase for months and hated itl..the smell and the side effects(headaches)
and the claritin type meds make my heart pulpitate..so I am going to look into some other options.
do you know of any natural remedies?Other than living in a bubble? lol
