Recent Developments

Joe hired me to do title searches for him. Before you get all excited, he hired me to do the same thing about a year and a half ago. Then he flaked out on me. He kept extending my start date for weeks and weeks. Then when he decided he had work for me I had another commitment. He was not happy and talked to me about my lack of commitment. I am taking this one as it comes.
