that is some painful reading

i think she may in for trouble from withdrawals on her trip to africa, if she plans to stop cold turkey. it's my understanding that cold turkey is quite dangerous for heroine addicts.

I can't make much sense of what her current state is. I do sense the disease is alive and thriving though.
