Cub Scouting is Weird
Cub Scouting is weird. To me, the whole saluting, handshaking and motto saying thing is weird. Adults in Scout uniforms are weird. Flag ceremonies are weird. Merit badges are weird. Here is the catch; the weirder I think the whole thing is the more my son Sam seems to enjoy it. I just don't get it.

I was a cub scout, wolf, bear webelo 9 talk about a weird name webelo...what the hell is that?) and finally boy scout. Stopped at Life scout (one short of Eagle). The whole thing is weird but I love it!
I was a cub scout and was kicked out for putting a ballon under the den mothers seat. Today I wish I didn't do that.
